All Sides SeenThis sculpture was addressing my wish for all sides or perspectives to be seen before judgements can be passed. This sculpture is intended to relieve the pressure of the unknown, or building anticipation. If all sides are seen, there is a comfort in predictability which people often gravitate towards.

The ceramic cubical form has port holes making it possible for the viewer to see a minimum of two sides at all times.

The base of this sculpture is a scrapped car tire rotor which I filled with cement putty to add weight. I welded the bottom shut with a round sheet of 1/8 ” steel to make it a smooth surface for table tops and other pedestals.
